If Jim Luff is not an industry legend, he certainly makes his presence felt in a hundred different ways both online and off. He's everywhere and he's very well spoken on the industry.
I was really happy to be able to spend some time with Jim on the phone in our interview, but we talked a great deal more than I had expected. That lead to two segments that I think are just a bit long at around 15 minutes a piece,
here is a link to the first and below is the second.
I will again put in the caveat that while Jim sounds great on the podcast, I sound like I am in a tincan under 300 feet of water. Fortunately it's Jim that does most of the speaking. Sometime I just cannot get the technology to work for me.

In this episode Jim and I continue the conversation about how GPS is being used in the industry. We talk about some ways you can make your business more profitable by using innovative tactics to make a limo service more appealing to a consumer. I really like the description about how he has constructed the Dodger's Baseball Package. Makes a lot of sense.
We talk about how a MySpace or
Facebook account could benefit the online presence of a company and how cross promoting with partner businesses online can mean new business with very little effort. We wrap with Jim emphasizing how building relationships in a limo business is essential to success.
Thanks for listening and there are more podcasts in development.
